Selecting Birth Year While
Resetting Password & Registering
To easily select the birth year while resetting a password or registering as a new user, please see instructions below:
Apple Users
After clicking in the Birth Date box, when the calendar pops up, you will see March 2022 with a small blue arrow in the upper left hand corner. Clicking on this will give you a scrolling list of both the month and year.
Android Users
After clicking in the Birth Date box, when the calendar pops up, you will see 2022 in the upper left hand corner. Click on 2022 and it will present you with a scrolling list for birth year. After selecting the year, you will then just need to navigate to the correct month using the left and right arrows and then choose the date.
