Can I use Digital ID when visiting a branch?
Yes, you can. You'll just need to have your mobile device on you.
Is Digital ID available on both Apple and Android devices?
Yes, as long as your Apple iOS is 13 and above and your Android is 8.0 and above.
Is it a requirement to enroll in Digital ID?
No, you do not have to enroll in Digital. If you chose to not, we will continue to use our existing methods of verification. (Personal questions, picture ID, etc.)
Is there a fee for using Digital ID?
No, there is no fee associated with Digital ID.
What happens in the event I lose my mobile device?
If you lose your mobile device, your personal information remains encrypted and protected. However, we will not be able to verify your account using the Digital ID option if you do not have your mobile device.
An alternative verification method will be needed to ID you until you are able to get back into Digital Banking.
